eGift Cards may be purchased through the link below. Physical Gift Cards may be purchased at our office; email us at dance@sugarswing.com to arrange an appointment! Also, with a gift card purchase of $100 or more, we may provide a custom-made gift letter, at no additional cost!

Gift cards may be used for all products and services at Sugar Swing. This includes the bar, dance socials, classes, and events. You can load a card and redeem the amount for all the dances you attend, or buy one for a friend you want to get dancing! The gift cards are especially popular around the holiday season, as birthday gifts, and wedding presents.

eGift Cards Purchase

Important note, gift cards cannot be used for products/events/services hosted by the Community of Jazz like Lindy Harvest and Stardust.

Gift Letters

With a gift card purchase of $100 or more, we may provide you with a custom-made gift letter that may be presented along with your gift card It is useful for presentation and information purposes. Please contact our office to request a gift letter and allow for up to three (3) days for processing, though typically we aim for a 24hr turn-around. It may be provided remotely by PDF along with an eGift Card, which you can both print off at home to present to your recipient.

We often get requests for buying a class for someone else. In this case, we could personalize the gift letter somewhat with the title of the item in the letter, such as:

  • Swing 1 for Two People
  • Any class at Sugar Swing
  • New Years Eve Tickets

As it is a card loaded with credit, if the card cannot be redeemed for this specific item, the amount may be used for anything else at Sugar Swing. Also be aware that product and service pricing may differ between items and over time. Only the dollar amount loaded on the card may be applied against an item, even the particular item noted in the Gift Letter. If more, the difference will be charged to the person redeeming. If less, the difference will remain on the gift card.

Redemption

The eGift card (screen shot off your mobile phone; bar code) or Physical card may be redeemed in-person with our staff. There is a gift card # associated with the card for manual entry.

At this time, we’re unable to process the Gift Card upon checkout when enrolling for a class online. Please register for the class and choose the ‘pay in person’ option. You may use the Gift Card when purchasing a dance pass ‘at the door’, but we are again unable to redeem the Gift Card online. This feature is coming but will require a system upgrade!

Notes

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
  • As private lessons are considered independent, gift cards cannot be used for private lessons with our instructors
  • Gift cards never expire
  • Gift cards are transferable
