Our mandate is to respond within 24 hours to all rental inquiries, if not the same day!

Our Receptionists handle bookings, including viewings, contracts and are in charge of most one-time rental inquiries (weddings, concerts, gatherings, rehearsals/rentals, birthday parties, etc). Please provide the following:

• To setup a viewing, provide 2-3 days and times (eg, “Monday Evening”) when you are available to meet this coming week
• When asking for a quote, in shortform, give us the dates and approx times you are looking to book, or preferred date options. Also specify the type of function, how many guests/participants, and any other relevant info. Thank you!
